A hearing is a formal process used to resolve complaints received by the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta against investigated members held before a Hearing Tribunal.

Hearings are open to the public unless the Hearing Tribunal closes it. To pre-register to attend, fill out the online Virtual Hearings Observer Form.
Observers and participants are expected to follow the guidelines set out below when attending a hearing.

Hearing Decisions
In accordance with applicable legislation and subsequent bylaws approved by Council, findings of unprofessional conduct that result in a Decision from a Hearing Tribunal will be published on the College’s website once the appeal process has been completed.
